BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE/PORTAL/APPLICATION (“PORTAL”) AND/OR BY UPLOADING/ SUBMITTING THE CONTENT, YOU THE CONTENT PROVIDER (“YOU”/ “YOUR”) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW WHICH ARE IN ADDITION TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTENT LICENSE AGREEMENT SIGNED BETWEEN YOU AND RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LIMITED (“RELIANCE”) AND ARE INCUDED HEREWITH BY WAY OF REFERANCE.

1. Terms and Conditions:
   1. You have all rights in the audio/audio-visual/visual content (“Content”) and/or have full copyright, title and interest in and to the Content.
   2. You acknowledge and agree to upload/submit the Content on the Portal at Your sole risk and liability and You agree that You, and not Reliance, is entirely responsible for all of the Content that You upload/submit otherwise make available via Your login account. You assume all risks associated with uploading of the Content. Reliance shall not be liable for non-availability or functioning of the Portal at any time.
   3. You agree that the Content uploaded/submitted by You shall not violate any contract, agreement or any constitution, statute, regulation, injunction, judgment, order, award, decree ruling, charge or other restriction of any government.
   4. You assure that the uploaded/submitted Content shall:
      1. be free from all claims, liens, and any /all encumbrances and
      2. not be in violation of any laws, obscene, derogatory, blasphemous, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, defamatory or scandalous or be capable of hurting the religious sentiments of any segment of the population or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever.
   5. You assure that the Content, nor any part thereof, has, or will, infringe any intellectual property right, confidential information, or other proprietary rights or interests of any third party.
   6. You shall ensure that the Content shall not contain any virus, encryption keys, trojans, spyware, locks, malicious code, disabling code or any other harmful code.
   7. You agree not to reveal Your user account information to anyone. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your user account and for all activities that occur on or through Your user account. You agree to immediately notify Reliance of any security breach of Your user account. Reliance shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of Your user account.
2. Restrictions:
   1. You agree, while uploading/submitting the Content not to:
      1. do anything for data mining, scraping, crawling, redirecting, or for any purpose
      2. interfere with the proper display of the Content
      3. undertake any hacking activities like breaching or attempt to breach the security of another user or attempt to gain access to any other person's computer, software or data without the knowledge and consent of such person.
   2. You also expressly agree not to engage in any use or activity that (a) may interrupt, destroy, alter, damage, delay, or limit the functionality or integrity of the Content including that of, any associated software, hardware, telecommunications or wireless equipment; (b) may interfere with the proper working of the Portal or prevent others from using the Portal; or (c) may delete the copyright and other proprietary rights notices on this Portal; (d) You agree not to, or permit anyone else to, circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features and any digital rights management mechanisms, including the features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Content provided by either You or other users. You agree that Reliance shall have no liability for, and You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Reliance harmless against, any claims, losses or damages arising out of, or in connection with, Your unauthorized upload/submission of any Content.
3. Upon Your breach of these terms or guidelines of Reliance for use of the Portal or upon receiving any notice which Reliance in its reasonable discretion determines that its use of the Content may create liability for Reliance or harm reputation of Reliance, Reliance in addition to the rights available to it, reserves the right to take any responsive actions which Reliance may deem appropriate. Such actions may include (but may not be limited to) termination of Your access to the Portal and/or removal of the Content from the Portal, without any coat and liability towards Reliance.
